What do we show?
We take science and conservation beyond academia, connecting daily life with the environmental challenges of the world. We focus on ecology and conservation, exploring different places and highlighting the importance of their ecosystems, species, and the interactions that sustain them.

The expedition: from academia to the world
We finished our postdoctoral studies in 2025 and now what? Well, what if we shake things up again and set off on a one-of-a-kind journey? … Yes, absolutely!!! As always, with the whole family closely together 👱♀️👱♂️😻
We plan to travel across the Americas on board Etalis to explore the region that is home to the 40% of global biodiversity. More than just a simple journey, this is a scientific and narrative expedition, where every kilometer will be an opportunity to learn, share, and connect with nature and the people who inhabit it.
What began as a personal decision —returning to Argentina by land instead of flying back after our postdoctoral studies in the USA— became an opportunity to demonstrate that science is not just for scientists. We want to break down barriers and bring knowledge to everyone, showing that anyone can be part of biodiversity conservation and research. The passion, challenges, and impact of science belong to us all, and by working together we can build a better future.
But... what if the madness is traveling while doing science? Maybe that's how it works...
